Due to the proximity of the Elevated Presidente João Goulart, known as "Minhocão," in São Paulo, to residential windows,
the road is closed at night—vehicles cannot circulate in the area between 8 PM and 6 AM.
In this context, Chevrolet obtained legal authorization to drive its first 100% electric SUV, the Chevrolet Bolt EUV,
on the Minhocão during the restricted hours, highlighting silence as one of the main benefits of electric cars.
According to the brand, the model traveled the 3 km of the elevated road throughout the night, just a few centimeters
from the windows of the buildings, without disturbing the sleep of local residents.
